At Arwa, we want you to have a smooth and satisfying shopping experience. We allow our customers to exchange or return products under the conditions mentioned below. You may apply for an exchange or return within 3 days after receiving your product.

Conditions for Exchange & Return

  • To qualify for an exchange or return:
  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any damage.
    (Products may be tried on for fitting and still be considered unworn.)
  • The product must include all original tags.
  • The exchange or return request must be made within 3 days of receiving the item.
  • All items must be returned in their original condition, including receipt/invoice, packaging, and barcode tags.
  • The exchanged product must be of equal or higher value.
  • If the chosen product is lower in price, no refund will be issued for the difference.

Lost Receipt/Tags/Barcode

  • If you lose your money receipt or invoice, we will still consider your exchange request.
  • You must provide your purchase contact number so we can verify your order.
  • However, exchanges will not be accepted if:
  • The product has irreparable damage
  • Tags or barcodes are bent, broken, or altered

Damages & Issues

  • Please check your order immediately after receiving it.
  • Contact us right away if the product is:
  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect or mismatched
  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale/discounted items
  • Gift cards

    Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product and receive a full refund, following our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Please send the product to us after consulting with our Customer Support Team.
  • A full refund will be processed within 15 days after we receive the returned product(s), provided all conditions are met.

Return Shipping Cost

  • If a mistake occurs from our side, we will provide free returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
  • Please keep your proof of postage and reference number.
  • Arwa is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
  • Without proof of delivery, refunds/store credit cannot be issued.

  • Exchange Charge: Bangladesh (Nationwide): 200 BDT
  • Return Charge: Bangladesh (Nationwide): 100 BDT
